Case Study: The Minerva Solution - 14-19 Diplomas
In partnership with Xansa, we have applied our experience and knowledge of the educational sector to develop the Minerva Solution, a Qualifications and Curriculum Authority project supporting the delivery of Diplomas. Minerva will be operational by September 2008, providing a centrally managed electronic service that holds learner accounts. The solution will enable qualification results to be brought together and aggregated to produce a Diploma award and grade.
The Minerva solution meets the requirements for the new Diploma, aggregating 300,000 qualification results each year, whilst also allowing for approximately 20,000,000 entries each year for General Qualifications.
